#7 The First 90 Days — November 4, 2009
Description:
Long gone are the days when a newly hired executive had time to
“assimilate” to the new company. Today, a new hire is expected to hit
the ground running and be able to contribute often before the official
start date. This session covers the dynamics of ramping up to full
effectiveness as quickly as possible.
